Tutorial 9 – Therapies that can help Asthma

In my first 10 years of practice 40 years ago I hardly ever saw children with asthma and very few adults with asthma but by the ‘90s they came at me in droves. Medical treatment only aims to stabilise and has many long term side effects. Natural help can certainly ease asthma and I’ve known a few totally cure themselves including my yoga teacher Andreas Wren who got himself entirely well from asthma which began in his early childhood. There is an excellent attachment at the end of this tutorial where he shows the pranic breathing he used to do so.
